Jetta 3 CLI stripping for spares

Jetta 3 CLI 2L only stripping for spares, the car is still complete starts on first turn. I'm at Durban, Ntuzuma. I've spent so much time n money on the car the only problem I'm facing is I lost the logbook n I don't have previous owners details.
