Bought a battery from Infinity Battery Chatsworth. My battery now has no charge and my warranty is still valid. I've taken the purchase invoice and the battery back to infinity Battery and they refuse to take the battery back for inspection stating that the poles are damaged? These light marks on the poles were from boosting my vehicle as their battery had refused to start my vehicle.
