BARGAIN FORD KA 1 3L rocam engine START AND GO

Ford ka start and go...the car can drive but loses power...not sure what could be the issue..one would say it's the pump, one would say it's a coilpack issue and so on..it started so suddenly last week with no signs..it also has an oil leak that needs a seal to close..I am selling as is..
